通过与使用PE隔板汽车电池失效方式的对比,重点分析了摩托车电池的早期失效方式,深入探讨了由于PE隔板问题造成的摩托车电池的失效原因,提出控制极板质量、在电解液中添加硫酸钠或硫酸镁以及提高PE隔板的渗透性和抗刺穿强度的解决方案。
As compared with the case of car batteries, the failure modes of motorcycle batteries with PE separators were analysed emphatically, and the failure modes resulted from PE separators were discussed in detail. Additionally, the following measures were taken to solve the problems: controlling the plate quality; adding Na2SO4 or MgSO4 into the electrolyte and improving the penetrability and penetration resistance of PE separators.
