搅拌工艺对自燃煤矸石集料混凝土工作性和强度影响 被引量:4

Effect of Mixing Technology on Workability and Strength of Spontaneous Combustion Gangue Aggregate Concrete

摘要 通过对天然粗细集料、自燃煤矸砂与天然碎石、天然河砂与自燃煤矸石,以及自燃煤矸砂与自燃煤矸石四种组合集料配制的混凝土稠度和强度试验,以及微观形貌特征分析,揭示"普通"、"砂浆裹石"和"净浆裹石"三种不同搅拌工艺对不同集料混凝土工作性和强度的影响。研究结果表明,砂浆裹石适合天然砂石配制的普通混凝土;砂浆裹石和净浆裹石适合自燃煤矸砂与天然碎石配制的自燃煤矸砂混凝土,净浆裹石效果更好;净浆裹石适合天然河砂与自燃煤矸石配制的自燃煤矸石砂轻混凝土;附加水使混凝土水灰比变大,造成二次搅拌工艺对自燃煤矸砂、石配制的全煤矸石集料混凝土工作性和强度影响不明显。 Spontaneous combustion gangue coarse and fine aggregate has a great difference with natural sand and stone in water absorption, strength and surface, hence it is worth studying the effect of mixing technology on workability and strength of the concrete in preparation. Through testing about consistency and strength of the four groups concrete made of natural sand with natural stone, spontaneous combustion gangue sand with natural stone, natural sand with spontaneous combustion gangue and spontaneous combustion gangue sand with spontaneous combustion gangue to real the effect of the three kind of mixing technology on workability and strength of concrete mixture. The results showed that stone enveloped with mortar is the most suitable for preparation of ordinary concrete, stone enveloped with mortar and stone enveloped with cement are also suitable for preparation of spontaneous combustion gangue sand concrete made by spontaneous combustion gangue sand with natural stone, whereas stone enveloped with cement is better, stone enveloped with cement is the most suitable for spontaneous combustion gangue sandlightweight concrete made by natural sand with spontaneous combustion gangue, howere there is no obvious effect of mixing technology on workability and strength of spontaneous combustion gangue full lightweight concrete made by spontaneous combustion gangue sand with spontaneous combustion gangue.
