摘要
运用均匀试验设计的方法研究了不同品种、不同用量的矿物质超细粉复合作用对高性能混凝土工作性、力学性能的影响。研究表明:当配比组合为水泥∶磨细矿渣∶粉煤灰∶硅灰∶膨胀剂=3∶1∶1∶0.2∶0.02时,塌落度超过130mm,7d,28d,56d劈拉强度/抗压强度分别为5.5/45.55MPa,7.7/71.05MPa和8.3/88.8MPa。本研究采用均匀理论设计试验方案,利用SPSS,MATLAB软件建立了高精度的多组分高性能混凝土强度和塌落度的预测方程,并从机理上分析了多组分矿物质细粉复掺的作用,探索出一条微机辅助试验设计的新方法。
The effects of multi—mineral powers on HPC were studied by uniform test. The effects of the superfine mineral powers of different kinds and dosages on the workability and mechanic properties of HPC were studied emphatically. The results show that the slump of concrete is 130mm and ratio of split and compressive strength at 7d,28d and 56d are 5.5/45.55MPa, 7.7/71.05MPa and 8.3/88.8MPa, respectively when the mixture ratio of cement: mineral power: fly ash: silica fume: expansion does are equal to 3:1:1:0.2:0.02. This paper designed the test with the uniform theory, established the forecast equation of strength and slump of multi--mineral powers with SPSS and MATLAB softwares and found a kind of new method for test design by the computer aid.
