摘要
利用自燃煤矸石等质量取代天然砂、石配制煤矸石集料混凝土,确定煤矸石集料混凝土最大密度曲线公式指数。试验中用最大密度曲线公式确定各组煤矸石集料的颗粒级配范围,n值分别选取0.44、0.47、0.50、0.53、0.56、0.59、0.62、0.65和0.68。通过试验探讨等强度等级下(C25)n值对煤矸石集料混凝土拌合物工作性及硬化强度的影响及其变化规律。结果表明:当n=0.63时,在保持拌合物粘聚性和保水性能良好的前提下,既实现了预拌混凝土大流动性的目标(H>160 mm),又保证了硬化混凝土强度最高。研究结果为进一步探索集料级配对煤矸石集料混凝土性能影响提供了初步基础。
Using spontaneous combustion coal gangue with equal mass replacing natural sand and stone to prepare coal gangue aggregate concrete,and to ensure the maximum density curve formula for the concrete.In the experiment maximum density curve formula was used to ensure the gradation range of each group coal gangue aggregate concrete,selected 0.44,0.47,0.50,0.53,0.56,0.59,0.62,0.65 and 0.68 as n values.Through experiments to discuss the influence and variation of n value on the workability and harden strength of coal gangue aggregate concrete under same compressive strength grade(C25).The results showed that: when n=0.63,in the premise of keeping the mixture's cohesiveness and water retention performance good,it can realize the high fluidity target(H160 mm) of the ready-mixed concrete,and also ensure the highest strength of hardened concrete.The research results provides a preliminary foundation for further exploration of the influence of aggregate gradation for the coal gangue aggregate concrete.
