摘要
由于官方的《汉语作为外语教学能力证书》已于2006年停考,所以各种全球性组织颁发的此类相关证书就如雨后春笋般冒了出来,国家汉办也从未对这些证书发表过评论或表示过认可,只是在其官网上申明这类资格考试都与其无关。时隔8年,为贯彻落实《孔子学院发展规划(2012~2020年)》,加强专业化师资队伍建设,进一步提高孔子学院办学质量与水平,国家汉办于2014年10月31日举办《国际汉语教师证书》考试(试考),证书作为孔子学院(课堂)选拔和评价汉语教师、志愿者的重要参考标准,也可作为海内外学校、教育机构选聘和评价汉语教师的参考依据。对这一历史的回顾与思考是必要也是必需的。
Since the official "Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language Certificate of Proficiency" test was stopped in 2006,a variety of Chinese proficiency certificates issued by numerous global organiza- tions have emerged. Hanban (the Chinese National Office for Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Lan- guage) has never commented or confirmed these certificates, but announced on its website that it has not been involved in such qualification examinations. After a lapse of eight years, to implement the "Confucius Institute Development Plan (2012~2020)", to strengthen the training of the professional teaching staff, and to further improve the quality and level of Confucius Institutes, Hanban held on October 31,2014 the Certificate Examination for International Chinese-language Teachers. This cer- tificate serves as the threshold for the selection and evaluation of Chinese-language teachers and volun- teers by both the Confucius Institutes/Classrooms and other international education institutions and schools. Thus, a historical review of this kind of examinations has much significance.
