番木瓜籽油的超临界萃取工艺及其脂肪酸组成分析 被引量:4

Optimization of the Extraction Process of Papaya Seed Oil by Supercritical Extraction and Analysis on its Fatty Acid Composition

摘要 以番木瓜籽油的萃取得率为指标,采用正交试验,考察萃取压力、温度和时间对萃取得率的影响,对超临界CO2流体萃取番木瓜籽油的工艺条件进行优选,并采用气质联用对其脂肪酸组成进行分析。结果,番木瓜籽油超临界萃取的较佳条件为:萃取压力为25 MPa,萃取温度为55℃,萃取时间为120 min;在此条件下,番木瓜籽油的平均萃取得率为30.0%,油中的主要脂肪酸为油酸(50.37%)、棕榈酸(19.61%)、亚油酸(5.91%)和硬脂酸(5.28%)。 In order to optimize the extraction conditions of papaya see d oil by supercritical extraction and analyze the fatty acid composition in its oil, the extraction pressure, temperature and time were chosen as the factors with the yield percentage of fatty oil as the index in the orthogonal test. The methyl ester products of the oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ( GC-MS ) . The optimized conditions for the extraction of papaya seed oil were as follows:extraction pressure 25 MPa, temperature 35 ℃ and extraction time 120 min. The average yield of the oil will reach 30. 0% under this condition. The major fatty acid in the oil included oleic acid ( 50. 37%) , palmitic acid (19. 61%) , linoleic acid(5. 91%) and stearic acid(5. 28%) .
