摘要
对柠条原料进行蒸汽爆破处理,探究不同压力下爆破物料化学组成和酶解率情况,并进行表征分析。结果显示爆破物料较柠条原料半纤维素含量有明显下降,而纤维素含量变化不大。柠条细胞壁纤维在蒸汽爆破后有不同程度的破裂,纤维素的相对结晶度较蒸汽爆破前有所提高。酶解糖化反应时间72 h、温度40℃、底物浓度5.0%和酶用量为15 FPU/(g纤维素)时,柠条原料糖化率为17.60%,2250 k Pa蒸汽爆破处理的柠条糖化率达到91.13%,纤维素糖化率提高5.2倍,蒸汽爆破是一种有效的柠条预处理方法。
The effect of stream explosion pressure on chemical composition and enzymatic hydrolysis rate of caragana stalks was compared, and the biomass structure was studied by scanning electron microscope ( SME) , infrared ( IR) , and X-rays diffraction. The content of hemicellulose was significantly reduced, but the relative content of cellulose did not change obviously. Cellulosic surface and cell wall broke in different degree after steam explosion pretreatment, but the crystallinity of cellulose was improved. Saccharification rate of caragana stalks increased 5. 2 times by steam explosion pretreatment, from 17. 6% ( untreated) to 91. 13% ( steam explosion 2250 kPa, 4 min) , in which the enzymatic reaction conditions ere 40 ℃, 72 h, 15 FPU/( g cellulose) , and 5. 0% substrate concentration.
