蒸汽爆破处理对烟梗理化特性和非挥发性有机酸含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了蒸汽爆破前后烟梗木质纤维素和非挥发性酸成分含量的变化,探索废弃烟梗的高效资源化利用途径。试验结果表明,随着汽爆压力和时间的增加,木质纤维素相对总量逐步增加且具有显著性,半纤维素和纤维素所占木质纤维素总和的比值随着蒸汽爆破时间和压力的增加,其含量逐步减少且具有显著性;木质素所占木质纤维素总和的比值随着蒸汽爆破时间和压力的增加,其含量逐步增加且具有显著性。烟梗经过汽爆处理后,其非挥发性有机酸、草酸、苹果酸相对含量显著性增加,在蒸汽压力1.4 MPa、保压10 min条件下,烟梗中非挥发性有机酸、草酸、苹果酸含量达到最多。烟梗经过蒸汽爆破处理后,烟梗中木质纤维素和非挥发性有机酸含量发生巨大的变化,为烟梗在农业资源利用方面提取提供了理论依据。 In order to study the changes of lignocellulose and non-volatile acid content in tobacco stems before and after steam explosion,explore the efficient resource utilization of waste tobacco stems.The test results show that with the increase of steam explosion pressure and time,the relative total amount of lignocellulose gradually increases and is significant.The ratio of hemicellulose and cellulose to the total lignocellulose increases with the increase of steam explosion time and pressure.Its content gradually decreases and is significant.The ratio of lignin to the total lignocellulose increases with the increase of steam explosion time and pressure,and its content gradually increases and is significant.After steam explosion treatment,the relative content of non-volatile organic acids,oxalic acid,and malic acid in tobacco stems increased significantly.Under the conditions of steam pressure of 1.4 MPa and holding pressure for 10 minutes,non-volatile organic acids,oxalic acid,and apples in tobacco stems the acid content reaches the maximum.After the steam explosion treatment of tobacco stems,the content of lignocellulose and non-volatile organic acids in the tobacco stems has undergone tremendous changes,which provides a theoretical basis for the extraction of tobacco stems in the use of agricultural resources.
