蒸汽爆破对烟梗木质纤维素含量和微观结构的影响 被引量:12

摘要 为提高烟梗资源的利用率,实现资源高效利用,采用蒸汽爆破对烟梗进行处理,研究了在0.6,0.8,1.0 MPa爆破压力条件下烟梗中木质纤维素含量和微观结构变化特征.试验结果表明,在以水蒸汽为介质,爆破压力为1.0 MPa,保留时间20 s的处理条件下,木质纤维结构出现明显破坏现象,烟梗纤维素和半纤维素去除率分别达到16.86%和52.54%.说明蒸汽爆破可有效降解烟梗木质纤维素含量,明显提高烟梗品质. In order to improve the utilization of tobacco stems,tobacco stem was treated by steam explosion at the pressure of 0.6,0.8,1.0 MPa,respectively lasting 20 s.The changes on cellulose and hemicellulose contents of the tobacco stem were studied as well as the microstructures.It indicated that cellulose and hemicellulose contents of tobacco stems decreased by 16.86% and 52.54%,respectively.It proved that steam explosion could degrade lignocellulose of tobacco stems and improved the quality of tobacco stems significantly.
