摘要
课堂的组织管理直接关系到教学效果。课堂的组织管理首先要做好领头羊的选择;课堂互动和课堂的激励机制是鼓励学子们学习的小技巧;泛化的思维和鼓励他们思考一些比较前沿的问题是他们学习的动力;充分利用网络环境,因势利导;师生相互学习使双方共同进步。
Class organization and management directly decides the teaching effect. Leader selection is important for classroom management firstly;incentive mechanism and classroom interac-tion are small skills for encouraging students to learning;general-ization thinking and cutting-edge show and let them think about some difficult problems are the power to encourage them to learn;teacher-student mutual learning makes mutual progress for both of them.
