摘要
为加强地方优良品种的研究开发和应用推广,对白化茶新品系‘新安1号’植物学性状和生物学特性进行了调查分析,完成了其品种特征的初步鉴定,并对其绿茶适制性进行了比较研究。结果表明,该品系为芽白型白化茶,生长势和育芽能力强,产量、抗旱性和抗寒性均高于对照‘白叶1号’。名优绿茶适制性较强,其中加工卷曲形茶品质最佳,香气清鲜,滋味鲜醇,甘和。
Botanical and biological characteristics of a new albino tea cuhivar ' Xin' an-1 ' were investigated. Its suitability for green tea processing was studied. The bud and tender shoot showed albino traits in the early spring. The buds had strong growth potential, with high yield, drought resistance and cold resistance, compared to the control cultivar ' Baiye-1 ' It is suitable for processing green tea with curl shaped appearance. Its aroma was clean and fresh, and taste was sweet, with fresh and mellow taste.
