摘要
目的:实验研究槲皮素对CRF大鼠促红细胞生成素(EPO)的影响。方法:以含腺嘌呤饲料喂饲大鼠以造成慢性肾衰(CRF);治疗(QT)组从第15天开始给予槲皮素[经口,100 mg/(kg·d)]治疗;8周末检测各组大鼠贫血状况,测定肾脏和血清EPO,然后并进行组间比较。结果:CRF组呈现显著贫血,QT组贫血程度较CRF组显著减轻。CRF组肾组织匀浆和血清EPO[(35±23和42±20)IU/m L]比NC组显著降低(P﹤0.001),QT组肾组织匀浆和血清EPO(163±81和109±24)都显著高于CRF组(P﹤0.001)。结论:槲皮素可显著防治CRF大鼠肾组织及血清EPO降低,对CRF大鼠贫血具有防治作用。
Objective：The effects of Quercetin on renal tissue and serum erythropoietin （EPO） in rats with experimental chronic renal failure （CRF） were studied. Methods：The rats in both control and treating groups were fed with 0.75% adenine for 8 weeks to build up CRF model and the quercetin was administered orally [ 100 mg/（ kg · d）] for 42 days to the rats in treating group （QT） ,beginning at the 15th day. At the eighth weekend, the anemia states of these rats were observed and the renal and serum EPO levels in the rats were determined. And then the results were statistically compared among groups. Results ：Significant anemia was expressed in CRF group＇s rats and the states of anemia were alleviated remarkably in QT group. The renal tissue and serum EPO in CRF group [ （35±23 ＆ 42 ±20） IU/mL] were decreased significantly （P 〈0.001 ） than those in NC group and in QT group [ （ 163 ± 81 ） ＆ （ 109 ±24） IU/mL] increased evidently than those in CRF group （P 〈0. 001 ）. Conclusion ：The results suggested that quercetin treatment is able to elevate renal and serum EPO in rats with CRF. Qercetin is of therapeutic effects on anemia in CRF rats.
