摘要
目的了解东营市县级妇幼保健机构儿童保健服务能力方面的基本状况,为做好儿童保健学科建设,增强服务能力提供参考依据。方法参考近年国内有关文献设计调查表,对东营市内6家县级妇幼保健机构2012年儿童保健服务能力进行问卷调查。结果 1各县级妇幼保健机构儿童保健服务能力差距较大,发展不平衡。2各县级妇幼保健机构儿童保健服务的管理情况和儿童健康状况不容乐观。3基本儿童保健服务项目开展较好,高端专科保健服务开展少。结论东营市县级妇幼保健机构儿童保健服务的建设和发展有一定的基础,但各县区之间发展不平衡,人才队伍建设、学科建设和专科服务能力较为薄弱。
Objective To understand child health service ability of county-level maternal and child health（ MCH） institutions in Dongying,and in order to provide reference frame for constructing child health discipline and improving child health service ability.Methods The child health service capacity in 2012 of 6 county-level MCH institutions was investigated by questionnaire,and the questionnaire was made after referring to some recent relevant domestic literature. Results There was a big difference in child health service ability among 6 county-level MCH institutions,and the development was unbalance. The situation of child health service management and child health were serious. The basic child health services were carried out well,but there were little high level care services. Conclusion The county-level WCH institutions in Dongying had some achievements in construction and development of child health services,but the development was unbalance. It is need to be improved staff employing,discipline construction and high level service ability.
