摘要
目的:了解海南省2008-2011年各级妇幼机构人力资源现状,为妇幼保健机构建设与各级卫生行政部门决策提供信息。方法:使用中国疾病预防控制中心妇幼保健中心妇幼保健机构监测信息网络直报系统,对海南省25所妇幼保健机构进行调查。结果:海南省各级妇幼保健机构存在人员编制不足、基层人员素质偏低、群体妇幼保健人员配备不足问题。结论:加强妇幼保健机构投入,增加编制,加强人员的继续教育,增加保健人员数量,才能适应妇幼卫生服务需求。
Objective: To understand the current situation of human resource in maternal and child health care institutions at all levels in Hainan province from 2008 to 2011, provide information for construction of maternal and child health care institutions and decision - making of health administrative departments at all levels. Methods: Monitoring information wed - based reporting system of Chinese CDC was used to investigate 25 maternal and child health care institutions in Hainan province. Results: The existing problems in maternal and child health eare institutions in Hainan province included insufficient staff, relatively low quality of staff in primary hospitals, and lack of personnel allocation. Conclusion: To adapt the requirements of maternal and child health care service, the measures should be taken in- clude strengthening investment, recruiting more professionals, strengthening further education, and growing the number of health care person- flel.
