摘要
目的评价河南省心血管专业医疗服务能力并分析其影响因素,为河南省心血管专业与医学中心发展建设提供数据支持,以促进医疗服务能力进一步提升。方法采用文献研究法建立指标体系,运用熵值赋权法计算指标权重,通过优劣解距离法(TOPSIS)与秩和比法(RSR)相结合进行医疗服务能力评价,通过简单线性回归与多重线性回归筛选并确定医疗服务能力的影响因素。结果省级医院心血管专业医疗服务能力存在差异,且专科基础条件、学科带头人学术能力、人才队伍、科研能力、教学与人才培养能力对心血管专业医疗服务能力的影响显著(P<0.05)。结论医院及专科应在床位资源能满足需求的基础上不断提高资源利用率,注重提升学科带头人的学术能力,进一步提高人才队伍质量,不断加强科研成果产出与转化,注重教学与人才培养,促进医疗服务能力稳步提升。
Objective Evaluate cardiovascular professional medical service ability of He'nan Province,and analyze its influencing factors,provide data support for the development and construction of He'nan Province's cardiovascular professional and medical centers,and promote the further improvement of medical service ability.Methods The literature research method was used to establish the index system,the entropy weighting method was used to calculate the index weight,the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)and the rank-sum ratio(RSR)method were combined to evaluate the medical service ability,and the influencing factors of the medical service ability were screened and determined by simple linear regression and multiple linear regression.Results There were differences in cardiovascular professional medical service capabilities among provincial hospitals,and the basis conditions of specialties,academic capabilities of subject leaders,talent teams,scientific research capabilities,teaching and talent training capabilities have a significant impact on cardiovascular professional medical service capabilities(P<0.05).Conclusion Hospitals and specialties should continuously improve resource utilization efficiency on the basis that bed resources can meet demand,focus on improving the academic ability of subject leaders,further improve the quality of the talent team,continuously strengthen the output and transformation of scientific research results,and focus on teaching and personnel training to promote medical service capabilities steadily improved.
