摘要
随着事业单位人事管理体制改革步伐的加快,高校全面实行绩效工资制度,设计与实施好奖励性绩效工资方案关系到高校人事工作能否有效激励人才,从而保证战略发展目标的实现。本文从高校工资制度的沿革与现状入手,分析了高校奖励性绩效工资分配方案构建与实施面临的主要问题和原因,以FZ大学为例,阐述了如何构建高校奖励性绩效工资分配方案以提升高校核心竞争力,以期对其他高校的分配方案制定起到借鉴作用。
Along with the reform of the personnel management system in the public institution, full implementation of performance-related pay system is under way in universities. It is no doubt that a well- constructed performance-related pay policy is the key point to motivate the talents and guarantee the success of achieving the universities' strategic objectives. This paper starts with the history and the current situation of the wage system in universities and further analyzes the main drawbacks and the reasons behind in the construction and implementation of incentive performance-related distribution system. Taking FZ University as an example, we also explore the way construct an incentive distribution policy to promote the universities' core-competitiveness.
