摘要
目的：建立藏药方剂石榴健胃丸质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法对肉桂进行定性;用高效液相色谱法对羟基红花黄色素A进行含量测定。结果：阴性对照无干扰;羟基红花黄色素A在0.5432～2.716μg范围内线性关糸良好（r=0.9999）,平均加样回收率为98.72%,RSD=0.67%（n=6）.结论：本法简便、快速、结果准确可靠、专属性强、灵敏度高,可用于石榴健胃丸的质量控制。
Objective： To establish the quality standard of Tibetan medicine Shiliu Jianwei Pill. Methods： The qualitative analysis method for determining cinnamon by TLC; To determine the content of Hydroxysafflor yellow A by HPLC. Results： The negative control is undisturbed,Hydroxysafflor yellow A has good linearity in the range of 0. 543 2？ 2. 7160 g（ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 98. 72% and RSD was 0. 67%（ n = 6）.Conclusion： The established method is accurate,reliable and specific. The quality of the pill can be controlled by the method.
