摘要
目的研究德都红花七味丸中红花的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法（TLC）对红花进行定性鉴别；采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定红花中羟基红花黄色素A的含量。结果TLC鉴别斑点清晰，分离度良好，且阴性无干扰；含量测定中羟基红花黄色素A峰形好，分离度符合要求，羟基红花黄色素A在0．1860—32．64μg·mL-1范围内具有良好的线性关系（r=0．9992），平均加样回收率为102．2％，RSD为0．72％。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确，重复性好，可作为德都红花七味丸中红花的质量控制标准。
Objective To establish the quality standards of Carthami Flos in Deduhonghua Qiwei pills. Methods The identification of Carthami Flos was carried out by TLC. The content of hydroxysaffor yellow A was determined by HPLC. Results The TLC spots were clear with high resolution, while the negative sample showed no interference . A good linearity of hydroxysaffor yellow A was in the range of 0.1860μg·mL-1 --32.64ggomL-1 （r=0.9992）. The average recovery was 102.2% and RSD was 0.72%. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive, accurate and with good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control standard of Carthami Flos in Deduhonghua Qiwei pills.
