摘要
目的研究和建立高效液相色谱法测定德都红花七味丸中没食子酸的含量方法。方法采用大连伊利特Hypersil ODS2柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(4:96)为流动相,流速1.0 mL min-1,检测波长为273 nm。结果没食子酸在2.048~20.48μg mL-1与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 2,平均加样回收率为102.4%,RSD为1.6%。德都红花七味丸中没食子酸的含量≥0.111 6 mg/丸。结论本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于蒙成药德都红花七味丸中没食子酸的质量控制标准。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid in Dedu Honghua Qiwei pellets. Methods Hypersil ODS2 (250 min×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (4 : 96, v/v), the flow rate was 1.0 mL .min^-1, and the detection wavelength was 273 nm. Results A good linearity of gallic acid was at 2.048 - 20.48 μg . mL^ - 1, r = 0.999 2). The average recovery was 102.4% and RSD was 1.6%. The content of gallic acid in Deduhonghua Qiwei pellets was no less than 0.111 6 mg/pellets. Conclusion This method is simple, and accurate with good reproducibility, which can be used for the quality control of gallic acid in Dedu Honghua Qiwei pellets.
