摘要
高等教育职业化与地方化是高等教育系列改革的两个重要导向,两者与新城镇化发展存在密切关系。从高等教育角度出发,探析了高等教育职业化、地方化与城镇化三者间相互重叠,彼此交互的三螺旋协同关系,并从组织维度揭示了与其相对应的隐性三螺旋结构。建立了三者的三螺旋协同模型,从战略、组织、管理和文化层面提出了其协同效应的实现路径。为中国高等教育体制内多项改革规划与社会经济环境协同发展提供新的探究视角。
Vocationalization and localization of higher education are two main orientations of reforms in higher education system, and the two hold close relationship with the New Urbanization. This study sets out from the perspective of higher education, discloses and discusses the overlapped and interacted Triple-helix collaborated relationship of the three reforms and meanwhile, proposes that there exists a corresponding implicit triple-helix structure from organization dimension. Furthermore, a Triple-helix collaborative model is established and the realization path of which is stated from levels of strategy, organization, institution and culture. By doing this, the article is expected to provide a fresh angle for coordinated development of multi reforms in the field of higher education with social and economic development.
