摘要
在全面深化改革语境下,明确职业教育在国家技能形成体系中的重要地位、立德树人导向下的职业教育工匠精神与职业精神培养、现代职业教育体系运行视角下的职业教育创新发展、面向产教融合的职业教育办学模式与人才培养模式改革、以职业教育治理能力现代化助推治理体系现代化、评估与诊改"双管齐下"的职业教育内外部质量保障、"互联网+"下的职业教育课堂教学革命与教师专业化发展成为近年职业教育研究的热点问题。就研究特征而言,研究领域不断拓宽,但缺乏对微观问题的关注;研究方法日渐多样,但仍是以思辨性研究为主。展望未来,需加强教育智库研究,为教育决策提供更多证据;打造学术研究共同体,拉近理论与实践的距离;推广教育实证研究范式,提高研究的问题意识。
In the context of the comprehensively deepening reform,the issues such as ascertaining the importantstatus of vocational education in the national skill development system,cultivating the spirit of craftsman andprofessionalism in vocational education against the background of strengthening morality education,innovating vocationaleducation development from the perspective of the functioning of the modern vocational education system,reformingschool-running mode and talent training mode of vocational education for the integration of production and education,achieving the modernization of governance system through the modernization of governance capability in vocationaleducation,guaranteeing the internal and external quality of vocational education by assessment and diagnosis andimprovement,which can be called dual-track approach,reviewing the process since the reform and opening up andprospecting the orientation of the curriculum construction of vocational education,reforming classroom teaching andprofessional development of teachers under the ＂Internet＋＂,have constituted the hotspots of vocational education researchin China in recent years. As for the characteristics,the research topics are closely related to policy hotspots,but very fewcontinuous research has been formed;the research fields have been continually expanded,but microcosmic issuesattracted little attention;the research methods are increasingly diverse,but speculative research still prevail. In thefuture,we should strengthen the research on education think-tank and provide more evidence for education decision-making,build the academic research community and bridge the gap between theory and practice,promote the empiricaleducation research paradigm and enhance the problem awareness of research.
