摘要
终身学习视野下的高职学生工匠精神培养需要贯穿技能人才职业生涯的全程。文章首先阐释了高职学生工匠精神培养的教育向度及要求,其次剖析了终身学习视野下高职学生工匠精神培养现状,最后提出在终身学习视野下高职学生工匠精神的教育培养策略:通过完善工匠精神培育制度,做好顶层设计;开设工匠精神相关课程,完善课程结构;训练学生自主学习能力,凸显工匠精神;创设职业技能开放课程,推动终身学习。
The cultivation of craftsmanship spirit of higher vocational college students from the perspective of lifelong learning requires the whole process of careers of skilled personnel.Firstly,this paper expounds the educational orientation and requirements of the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit for higher vocational college students.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit of higher vocational college students from the perspective of lifelong learning.Finally,it puts forward the cultivating strategies of the craftsmanship spirit of higher vocational college students from the perspective of lifelong learning as follows:perfecting the craftsmanship spirit cultivation system,and doing top-level design well;setting up related-to the-craftsmanship-spirit courses,and improving the course structure;cultivating students'autonomous learning ability,and highlighting the craftsmanship spirit;creating an open course of vocational skills,and promoting lifelong learning.
