摘要
对湖南省长沙市、岳阳市、吉首市、张家界市4个地市管辖的8个区县的城区和农村的全日制幼儿园的调查显示,湖南县域学前教育师资配置存在县域之间、城乡之间、园际之间的不均衡,县域学前教育教师队伍配置存在着教师学历和待遇低、队伍流动性大、队伍过于年轻、职称与教学水平低、师资配备不足等问题。因此,要强化政府的责任,加大对幼儿教育的投入;改善幼儿教师的生存状况,稳定教师队伍;促进县域、城乡师资的正常流动,实现优质师资的区域共享等措施,以提高学前教育的整体水平。
The analysis is based on the investigation ot town and tull-tlme kmctergarten anapreschool teachers in rural areas inChangsha, Yueyang, Jishou,Zhan^iajie, Hunan Province. Thereexisted unbalance between urban and rural areas in terms of different counties, different park occasions,and urban and countryside. There existed so many problems in county preschool teachers configurationsuch as lower teacher qualifications and treatment, mobility team, the team is too young, low-level titlesand teaching, teaching staff shortage and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the government'sresponsibility in order to increase investment in early childhood education, improve the living conditionsof kindergarten teachers to promote normal flow of urban and rural teachers to achieve regional access toquality teachers and other measures to improve the overall level of preschool education.
