摘要
针对传统安全系统的隔爆部件在钟表机构的轮系失效时,可能引起的炮口炸的问题,提出一种消除此种危险的安全系统结构设计准则.通过建立结构的动力学方程,得到回转体部件在弹道环境下的运动规律,同时用ADAMS仿真进行分析和验证.研究结果表明这种结构能够消除炮口炸的危险,分析理论可以用于指导安全系统的设计.
As the interrupter part of the safety system may be aligned when the projectile is still inbore due to the failure of clock mechanism, which may cause the in-bore explosion, a new designcriterion of safety system structure was proposed to overcome this danger. The dynamic equationof the rational part was built and solved to get the characteristics of motion when in the trajectoryenvironment. Meanwhile, the ADAMS simulation was used to analyze and verify the rationalpart motion. The research proves that the new structure can eliminate the potential danger ofexplosion in bore, and the analysis can help the design of safety system.
