摘要
针对保险机构的解保失效,在对实测过载信号进行详细分析的基础上,介绍了通用机械引信保险机构的构造和工作原理,建立了动力学模型,并将不同过载的实测出炮口数据以不同方向施加到仿真模型上,利用有限元软件ANSYS中的LS—DYNA模块对保险机构进行动力学仿真。结果表明,该底排弹引信在出炮口瞬间承受的大过载以及在过载中叠加的大量的高频振荡信号是导致底排弹在出炮口瞬间早炸的主要原因。
Focusing on the function failure of the safety and arming device, on the basis of analyzing the measured data in detail the structure and action theory of the mechanical arming device was introduced. The dynamic model of the arming device was set up and the measured data was input in deferent range, then the dynamic simulation of the arming device was carried through by the finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS--DYNA. The analysis to the results indicates that the high level radial load on the fuse in the period of the muzzle and the large number of high--frequency vibration signal is the main reason of fuse function failure.
