摘要
介绍了两种多功能海上平台。一种是适用于浅海的坐底式多功能海上平台,其主要创新在于采用坐底方式、油水等质量流率置换流程、外输系泊方案、混凝土外壳的钢制储罐和组合式吸力锚的筒型基础。另一种是适用于深水的半潜式多功能海上平台,其主要创新在于采用了提高稳性的双层浮箱、灵活拆连的伸缩结构、装设增大阻尼的垂荡板,并具有钻采储运多种功能。提出了这两种多功能海上平台的创新思维与方法。
Two multi-function offshore platforms are introduced.One is suitable for shallow water, bottom-supported multi functional offshore platform.The main innovation is the adapt of technol-ogy of bottom-supported,oil and water flow rate replacement process,efflux mooring program, steel structure tanks with cementing envelop,and combined suck mooring system.The other is semi-submersible multi-function platform,suitable for use in deep water.Double layers floating tanks are used with flexible disconnection and connection expendable structure,heave plate with enforce damper and multi-function of drilling and storage.It is summarized that these two off-shore platforms with newly developed through and method.
