摘要
针对南海深水环境条件恶劣、油气田离岸距离远、依托设施缺乏等特点,结合国内现有施工装备能力,从提高平台安全性、降低工程综合成本、有效保障平台稳性、改善平台运动性能出发,通过自主创新,研发了一种新型深水浮式平台——深水不倒翁平台(简称DTP),并进行了概念设计和总体性能的论证分析,结果表明:DTP具备无条件稳性特性,可应用于深水与超深水,可实现甲板与下部浮体在码头靠泊状态下的整体安装和调试,实现整体拖航,可采用干式、湿式或干湿组合式等多种采油方式,有望成为深水油气田开发中一种重要的、具有优势的深水浮式平台型式。
This paper presents a novel floating platform concept, deep water tumbler platform (DTP). The DrIP is suitable for the environmental features of South China Sea and domestic deep water equipment capabilities, and to tackle the challenges in deep water oilfield development, such as the lack supporting infrastructures and the long distance between oilfield and shore. The concept design and general performance analysis has been conducted for the platform. The study shows that DTP can keep stable unconditionally during operation, can be applied in deep water and ultra-deep water, can be installed, commissioned and towed integrally with topsides at quayside; and can support both dry tree and wet tree systems. The DTP is expected to become an important and promising platform concept in deep water oil and gas exploration and development.
