摘要
提出了一种新的渤海油田开发方案,即可搬迁的坐底式生产储卸装置,该装置具有功能齐全、储油量大、安全可靠、海上安装费用低等优点。文中主要从装置的总体方案、储运流程设计、基础设计、混凝土外壳设计等方面对该方案进行了全面阐述。
