摘要
阐述了海南省菠萝的地位、种植、生产、加工以及贸易现状,通过分析发现海南省菠萝产业主要存在品种结构不合理且主栽品种品质较差、菠萝生产过程缺乏标准、菠萝园地力退化严重。有环境污染和生态破坏的隐患、销售渠道狭窄、种植主体缺乏市场话语权等问题,并针对问题提出了措施:丰富菠萝种质资源,引进并大力推广优质品种,合理调整品种结构;制定科学的菠萝生产技术标准,并适时推广;科学施肥,恢复地力,保护菠萝园生态环境;拓宽菠萝销售渠道,提高种植户组织化程度,增加种植户收益。
Abstraet This paper explains the status of pineapple industry and its current situation of planting, production, process and trade in Hainan. Through analyzing a series of results show that main existing variety structure is not reasonable, the soil fertility of pineapple garden is serious degradation, the environment is polluted, the marketing channel is limited, the main body of pineapple farmers do not get enough market power. For solving these problems, some suggestions are proposed： To enrich the germplasm resources of pineapple, introduce and popularize high-quality type, adjust breed structure, establish scientific production technology standard, fertilize scientifically, broaden the marketing channel and improve the organizational degree of farmers. The pineapple industry in Hainan would be developed healthily via the manners above. Key words pineapple industry ; status ; current situation of production, existing problem ; countermeasures
