摘要
为探寻发酵黄粉虫粪沙对连作谷子生长及土壤的影响,以晋谷21为试验材料,采用盆栽试验,设置粪沙与土壤干质量比分别为0(T0,CK)、1∶400(T1)、1∶200(T2)、1∶100(T3)、1∶50(T4)、1∶25(T5)共6个处理,研究连作谷子土壤中添加不同用量发酵黄粉虫粪沙对谷子生长、土壤pH、电导率、有机质、土壤碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾以及土壤中脲酶、碱性磷酸酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氮酶4种酶活性的影响。结果表明,连作谷子土壤中添加不同比例的发酵黄粉虫粪沙对谷子生长、土壤养分和酶活性均有促进作用,并且随着添加发酵黄粉粪沙比例升高,土壤有机质含量、速效养分含量、蔗糖酶和碱性磷酸酶活性均呈现上升趋势,在1∶25处理时达到最大值;过氧化氢酶活性呈先上升后降低趋势,播种前和收获后均在1∶100处理达到最大值;收获后,各处理土壤pH无显著性差异且均为弱碱性;与播种前相比,CK处理的电导率显著升高,T3、T4、T5处理的电导率显著降低,分别为0.192、0.196、0.347。1∶25处理与CK相比,收获后土壤有机质含量增加33.14%、有效磷含量增加2 572.93%、速效钾含量增加79.92%;谷子生长30 d和60 d时苗高分别为26.86 cm和71.01 cm,相比CK分别增长97.21%、95.94%。
In order to explore the effects of fermented mealworm excrement on the growth of continuous cropping Setaria italica and soil, Jingu 21 was taken as the material tested and planted in pots. Six treatments were set, in the treatments, the mass ratio of the fermented mealworm excrement and soil was respectively 0(T0), 1∶400(T1), 1∶200(T2), 1∶100(T3), 1∶50(T4) and 1∶25(T5). The effects of addition of different dosages of fermented mealworm excrement in soil of continuous cropping Setaria italica on growth of Setaria italica, pH of soil, electrical conductivity, organic matter, available nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and activities of urease, alkaline phosphatase, invertase, catalase in soil were studied. The results showed that addition of different proportions of fermented mealworm excrement in soil of continuous cropping Setaria italic promoted the growth of Setaria italic, nutrients and enzyme activity in soil. And with the increase of the proportion of fermented mealworm excrement, the contents of organic matter and available nutrients, activities of sucrase and alkaline phosphatase in soil showed an upward trend and reached the maximum value at 1∶25 treatment;the catalase activity showed a trend of first increase then decrease, and reached the maximum value at 1∶100 treatment in the periods of before sowing and after harvest. After harvest,pH of the soil was weakly alkaline and there was no significant difference between the treatments. The soil electrical conductivity of T0 treatment was significantly higher than that in the period before sowing. After harvest, the soil conductivity of T3, T4 and T5 treatment were 0.192, 0.196, 0.347, respectively, and were significantly lower than that in the period before sowing. The contents of soil organic matter, available P and available K increased by 33.14%, 2 572.93% and 79.92% respectively in the 1∶25 treatment compared with those in the control. Also, the seedling height of Setaria italic at 30 d and 60 d were 26.86 cm and71.01 cm, respectively
