摘要
人事管理与组织成员的工作效率和办事状态有着直接的联系,差异管理理论在人事管理工作中有着较高的可行性,有助于改善人事管理的工作状况。只有调整好人才分类和人才管理两者之间的关系,才能将差异管理的作用发挥到最大化。本文对差异管理在人事管理工作中的应用进行分析和探讨,为人事管理工作的改革提供依据。
There is a direct link between personnel management and the working efficiency and working state of organization members and. Difference management theory in the personnel management work has higher feasibility which helps to improve the working condition of the personnel management. We should adjust the relationship between the classification and talent management to play to maximize the function of the differences in management. In this paper, the differences between the ap- plication of the management work in the personnel management are analyzed and discussed, which provides the basis for reform of the personnel management work.
