摘要
低碳经济是经济发展的必然趋势,而投资战略又是企业总体战略中重要的组成部分之一,石油工业是我国国民经济的支柱产业,其投资战略的制定应当符合低碳经济背景下的时代要求。通过层次分析法(AHP)对低碳经济背景下我国石油工业投资战略制定的影响因素进行分层,并计算各层指标的权值。根据准则层三类因素分别制定了基础型、内向型以及扩张型投资战略,并根据权值不同制定了具体实施对策,对准则层的一级指标和二级指标运用同样的方法提出了建议。最后,运用QSPM矩阵对战略进行排序选择。
Low-carbon economy is an inevitable tendency for the development of economy; investment strategy is one of the important part of general corporate strategy. Petroleum industry is a backbone industry in the national economy in our country, the formulation of investment strategy should conform to the demands of the time on the background of low-carbon economy. The influence factors to the formation of investment strategy in petroleum industry under low-carbon economy will be separated into hierarchies through hierarchical analysis method and the the weight to the different hierarchies will be calculated. In accordance with the three factors in criterion layer, basic, internal-oriented and expansionary investment strategy was respectively formulated. It has also worked out specific implementation countermeasure catering to different weights. Suggestions will be provided in terms of the first grade index and second grade index of the criterion layer using the same method. Finally,here will employ QSPM matrix to sort and select strategies.
