摘要
研究旅游景点竞争力评价指标体系的目的是提升旅游景点的服务质量、增强旅游景点品牌效应。采用层次分析法探索旅游景点竞争力评价指标体系,以陕西省商洛市3个4A级以上的旅游景点作为研究对象,分别是山阳天竺山森林公园、柞水牛背梁国家森林公园、镇安木王山国家森林公园,建立一套客观、合理的旅游景点竞争力评价模型,从环境、人才、设施、管理4个方面进行研究,采取定量与定性相结合的方式计算16个详细评价指标的权重值。最后对商洛市3个类型和级别相同的旅游景点进行综合打分,准确地计算出最终竞争力评价结果,得出镇安木王山国家森林公园占据第一。从评价结果上得出结论,旅游景点的环境和基础设施在竞争力中起到关键作用。
The research of evaluation indicator system of tourist attraction competitiveness aims at improving the service quality of tourist attraction and enhancing the brand effect of tourist attraction. The evaluation indicator system of tourist attraction competitiveness is explored in the analytic hierarchy process. One set of objective and reasonable tourist attraction competitiveness evaluation model is established based on three tourist attractions over Grade 4 A in Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province, namely the Shanyang Tianzhu Mountain Forest Park, Zuoshui Niubeiliang National Forest Park and Zhenan Muwang Mountain National Forest Park for the research of the environment, talents, facilities and management, and the weighted values of 16 detailed evaluation indicators are calculated by combining the quantitative and qualitative method. Finally, the final competitiveness evaluation result is calculated accurately by comprehensively marking three tourist attractions with the same types and levels. As a result, the competitiveness of Zhenan Muwang Mountain National Forest Park ranks top one. Based on the evaluation result, the environment and infrastructure of tourist attraction play a key role in the competitiveness.
