系统性红斑狼疮合并妊娠研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮好发于育龄期女性,狼疮患者妊娠是风湿病医生面临的常见问题也是重要难题,本文主要阐述了正常妊娠与狼疮病情活动的相似性,狼疮患者妊娠易引起病情复发,胎儿流产、早产及死产率均明显升高,新生儿低体质量及发育异常发生率高,从而得出评估狼疮患者病情,明确把握狼疮患者妊娠适应证、禁忌证及相关治疗药物的选择尤为重要,由此尽可能减少妊娠导致的病情活动及不利妊娠结局的发生,为狼疮患者及家庭带来新生的希望。
