摘要
目的:探讨甘草提取物对奶牛乳房炎中金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜是否有抑制作用。方法:从新疆南疆十团奶牛场采集患有奶牛乳房炎的乳样40份,利用细菌的常规分离鉴定和96孔微量板法,获取了24株生物膜阳性的金黄色葡萄球菌。并选取不同浓度的甘草提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜阳性菌株作用分析。结果:随甘草提取物浓度升高:对金黄色葡萄球菌的生长有抑制作用;对金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜的生长表现为低浓度有促进其生长;高浓度抑制其生长的现象。结论:这为临床上甘草提取物治疗奶牛乳房炎提供有利的依据。
Objective: To study the inhibiting effects ofliquorice root extractson biological membrane of staphylococcus aureus in dairy cattle with mastiffs. Methods: 40 milk samples were collected from dairy cattle with mastitis of a dairy farm of the south Xinjiang, and 24 strains staphylococcus aureus with positive biological membrane were obtained by using conventional separation identification of bacteria and 96 holes trace plate methods. The staphylococcus aureus with positive biological membrane were intervened with different concentration of liquorice root extracts. Results: The inhibition effect on staphylococcus aureus was enhanced with the increasing of liquorice root extracts concentration. Low concentration of liquorice root extracts could improve the growth of biological membrane of staphylococcus aureus, and the high concentration of liquorice root extracts could inhibit its growth. Conclusion: The results provided theoretical basis for treating dairy cattle with mastitis with liquorice root extracts in clinical.
