摘要
甘草是豆科多年生草本植物,在临床上具有补气、止咳、清热解毒、止痛等功效。甘草提取物含皂苷类、黄酮类、甘草多糖等天然化合物,具有抗病毒、抗炎杀菌、抗氧化等药理方面的作用。本文对甘草提取物的生物学功能及其在畜禽生产中的应用进行综述,为其作为饲用添加剂的合理应用提供参考。
Liquorice,one kind of Chinese traditional perennial herb widely applied in clinical practice,has clinical effects such as relieving cough,clearing heat and detoxification,and relieving pain.The major compo⁃nents of licorice extract are saponins,flavonoids and licorice polysaccharides,which have biological functions such as anti⁃viral,anti⁃inflammatory and sterilization,antioxidant and other pharmacological effects.This re⁃view presents a summary of the biological functions of licorice extract and its application in livestock and poul⁃try production,and provides insight for its rational application as a feed additive.
