摘要
出境旅游优化是国际旅游发展背景下提升中国软实力的必然选择。非洲作为中国新兴出境旅游目的地,对国家软实力提升具有重要的战略意义。将赴非出境游与其他国际旅游活动进行比较,总结其具有国际影响持久性、主客文化差异大、示范效应强势性等三方面的独特性。依据三个方面特性对赴非出境游优化的制约因素展开分析,提出具有实际应用价值的中国游客赴非出境游优化对策,以期在新的国际环境中改善国家形象,提升软实力。
The optimization of outbound tourism is an inevitable option to enhance the national soft power in the context of international tourism development. Africa, as a new destination for Chinese outbound tourism, has an important strategic meaning in enhancing national soft power. Compared to other outbound tours, this paper con- cludes that the tour to Africa "has three characteristics, namely, long-term international influence, remarkable cul- tural differences between the hosts and guests, and great demonstration effects, based on which, the author also makes analysis on the constraints in optimizing the tour to Africa. Finally, this paper puts forward some counter- measures for optimizing the tour to Africa so as to improve national image and enhance national soft power.
