摘要
为了准确对游车大钩在钻井作业过程中,在钻机额定载荷作用下的稳定性评估,基于结构稳定性理论,建立了游车大钩有限模型。开展了对游车及大钩稳定性有限元分析,确定了游车大钩在额定载荷作用下,各关键零部件的前五阶失稳形态及稳定安全系数。结合现场试验,验证了计算模型及结果的正确性。试验及分析结果为游车大钩稳定性校核提供了必要的依据,对游车大钩的设计及优化具有指导意义。
In order to accurately evaluate the stability of the travelling block and hook under rating load of drilling rig during drilling operations,finite element model of them have been established based on the theory of structure stability. The stability finite element analysis of travelling block and hook have been carried out and the unstable modalities and stability safety factors under rating load of drilling rig from the first mode to fifth mode of the key components are described. In combination with field test,the validity of the calculation model and results were verified. The field test and analysis results provided the essential foundation for stability check of the travelling block and hook and have guiding significance for the design and optimization of it.
