摘要
以DG900型大钩钩体为例,基于弹性接触理论,对钩体进行了接触问题的有限元分析。通过所建模型,应用有限元法进行了计算和对比分析。结果表明,用接触分析的处理方法对钩体进行结构分析能相对准确地反映钩体的应力和应变,有利于钩体的优化设计,并采用ASME规范分别就最大工作载荷和最大试验载荷条件下的强度进行了校验,分析结果完全满足规范要求。
A hook body was studied by finite element method based on elastic theory. Taking DG900 Model as an example, the hook was calculated and compared by using the modeling of finite element. The research results revealed that the stress and stain of hook comparatively described by using elastic contact theory and the method was benefit to optimizing the design of the hook, and the strengths under the maximum working load and the largest load test are examined respectively by using the ASME norm. The analysis result completely meets the demand of the norm.
