摘要
目的：观察和探讨心理护理干预对股骨颈骨折患者术后康复及生活质量影响的临床意义。方法选取我院2013年11月～2014年12月收治的76股骨颈骨折患者随机分成两组，每组各38例，对照组术后采用常规护理方法，观察组术后采用心理护理干预，比较两组患者的护理效果、生活质量改善状况以及并发症发生情况。结果经护理后，观察组的优良率为94.74%（36/38），略高于对照组的89.47%（34/38），比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。经护理后，观察组的生活质量高分比例为86.84%（33/38），高于对照组的63.16%（24/38），比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论心理护理干预应用于股骨颈骨折患者术后康复效果满意，改善患者的术后生活质量效果显著。
Objective To observe and discuss the psychological nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life of patients with femoral neck fracture of the clinical signiifcance. Methods 76 cases of femoral neck fracture patients were randomly divided into two groups in our hospital in November 2013~December 2014, each group of 38 cases, control group using conventional postoperative care, postoperative＆amp;nbsp;observation group uses the psychological nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients with nursing effect, to improve the quality of life and complications. Results After nursing, the observation group was 94.74%（36/38）, slightly higher than the control group 89.47% （34/38）, compare the difference of no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. After nursing, the observation group＇s quality of life score was 86.84%（33/38）, signiifcantly higher than the control group 63.16%（24/38）, compare the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention was applied to femoral neck fracture patients postoperative rehabilitation effect is satisifed, improve the effect of postoperative quality of life of patients significantly, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
