摘要
目的观察和探讨在消化内科十二指肠溃疡患者的临床护理方法,旨在为临床护理提供依据.方法：收集我院消化内科2013 年6 月至2014 年6 月收治的十二指肠溃疡患者148 例,随即分为治疗组合对照组,每组74 例患者.治疗组给予药物治疗、常规护理和综合护理;对照组给予药物治疗和常规护理.结果：治疗组74 例治疗结束后有效67 例,有效率为90.54;对照组74 例患者治疗结束后,有效51 例,总有效率68.91%.经统计学分析,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：在消化内科临床治疗十二指肠溃疡给予药物治疗和综合护理治疗,能够提高十二指肠患者的治愈率,值得临床推广运用.
objective to observe and explore in the clinical nursing methods of patients with duodenal ulcer of digestive diseases, aims to provide the basis for clinical nursing.Methods to collect our digestive internal medicine in June 2013 to June 2014 treated 148 cases of patients with duodenal ulcer, and then divided into the treatment combination controlgroup, 74 patients in each group.
