摘要
目的探究奥美拉唑与雷尼替丁治疗十二指肠溃疡的效果及对溃疡愈合时间的影响。方法选取2018年11月至2020年10月我院消化内科收治的90例十二指肠溃疡患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,各45例。对照组采用雷尼替丁治疗,研究组采用奥美拉唑治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的疼痛消失时间、溃疡愈合时间及相关症状缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,两组的NOD样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)、半胱氨酸天冬氨酸特异性蛋白酶-1(Caspase-1)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和白细胞介素-18(IL-18)水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与雷尼替丁比较,奥美拉唑应用于十二指肠溃疡患者中,能够显著减轻细胞炎性反应,促进溃疡愈合,降低不良反应发生率,安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effects of omeprazole and ranitidine in the treatment of duodenal ulcer and their influence on ulcer healing time.Methods A total of 90 patients with duodenal ulcer admitted in the gastroenterology department of our hospital from November 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ranitidine,and the study group was treated with omeprazole.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The pain disappearance time,ulcer healing time and related symptom relief time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the levels of Nod-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3),cysteinyl-aspartate specific protease(Caspase-1),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and interleukin-18(IL-18)in both groups were lower than before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with ranitidine,the omeprazole applied in patients with duodenal ulcer can significantly reduce cell inflammatory response,promote ulcer healing,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,with high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
