摘要
目的探讨综合性护理在下肢骨折卧床患者中的应用效果。方法将本院收治的80例下肢骨折卧床患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合性护理。比较2组术后治疗依从性、康复情况以及生活质量情况。结果观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,感染、尿潴留、压疮等并发症发生率低于对照组,焦虑评分低于对照组,住院时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后躯体功能、角色功能、社会功能等生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理能够减少患者并发症,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in bedridden patients with fracture of lower limbs. Methods A total of 80 bedridden patients with fracture of lower limbs were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group used conventional nursing while the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing. Rehabilitation,treatment compliance and life quality were compared between the two groups. Results Treatment compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,infection,urinary retention,bedsores and other complications rate were lower than that in the control group,anxiety score was lower than that in the control group,the hospitalization time was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistical significant（ P 0. 05）. Life quality in physical function,role function and social function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing could reduce the complications and improve quality of life in bedridden patients with fracture of lower limbs.
