摘要
目的分析老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中实施人性化护理干预的临床效果。方法选择本院2016年12月—2017年10月收治110例老年下肢骨折患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(50例)和实验组(60例),分别予常规护理及人性化护理干预,对比两组效果。结果实验组物质生活(52.30±2.01)分、生理功能(51.98±2.00)分等QOL评分均较对照组高;实验组SDS(14.06±1.02)分、SAS(12.04±3.01)分均较对照组低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将老年下肢骨折用于患者中,可取得确切效果。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of humanized nursing intervention in the operating room nursing of elderly patients with lower limb fractures.Methods 110 cases of elderly patients with lower limb fractures were treated in our hospital from December 2016 to October 2017.They were randomly divided into the control group(50 cases)and the experimental group(60 cases).The effects of the two groups were compared between the conventional nursing and the humanized nursing intervention.Results The material life of the experimental group(52.30±2.01)points and physiological function(51.98±2.00)points were higher than those in the control group.The experimental group SDS(14.06±1.02)points and SAS(12.04±3.01)points were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It can be used in patients with lower limb fractures.
