摘要
目的：深入探讨在中老年股骨胫骨骨折治疗中，全髋关节置换术和骨折内固定术的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年11月～2014年10月收治的60例中老年股骨颈骨折患者为研究对象，结果经过系统的治疗，两组患者在功能评价优良率和下地时间两项指标比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在老年股骨颈骨折患者的临床治疗中，采用全髋关节置换术能够有效提高患者的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of total hip arthroplasty and fracture ifxation in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral fractures. Methods 60 cases of femoral neck fractures were chosen in our hospital from November 2012 to October 2014. Results After systematic treatment, two groups of patients in the functional evaluation of the excellent rate and the time of the two indicators, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures, the use of total hip replacement can effectively improve the therapeutic effect.
