全自动血凝分析仪采用2种测定血浆纤维蛋白原方法的评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的对全自动血凝分析仪采用2种测定血浆纤维蛋白原的方法进行评价。方法挑选在我院进行血浆纤维蛋白原测定的患者120例,分别采用Von Clauss法及PT-der法进行检测,比较两种方法的检测结果,并对检测结果进行分析。结果患者的血浆纤维蛋白原〈3.0 g/L或者≥4.0 g/L时,PT-der法的测定值比Von Clauss法高,差异存在统计学意义(P〈0.05);患者的纤维蛋白原在3.0~4.0 g/L时,两种检测方法差异不存在统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论两种方法对检测血浆纤维蛋白原的结果有差异,但Von Clauss法具有更高的准确性,推荐临床应用Von Clauss法对纤维蛋白原进行检测。 Objective To evaluate the two kinds of methods for determination of fibrinogen. Methods 120 patients were selected for the determination of fibrinogen in our hospital. The Von Clauss method and PT-der method were used to detect and compared the results of the two methods. ResultsIf the patients' plasma fibrinogen was less than 3.0 g/L or greater than 4.0 g/L,the PT-der method was significantly higher than that of Von Clauss,and the difference was statisticaly significant(P〈 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two methods in the 3.0~4.0 g/L,and there was no statistical significance(P〉 0.05). Conclusion The two methods have no significant difference in the detection of fibrinogen in plasma,but the Von Clauss method has a high accuracy, and the clinical application of Von Clauss method for the detection of fibrinogen is recommended.
