摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务在子宫肌瘤手术中的效果。方法选取2013年6月~2014年6月我院接受治疗的子宫肌瘤患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。手术过程中为对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用优质服务护理,通过患者满意度、并发症发生率等指标比较护理效果。结果观察组患者住院时间、并发症发生率明显少于对照组、满意度明显高于对照组,具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论在优质护理服务下,患者的恢复情况良好,并发症发生率降低,在改善医患关系方面起到了一定的推动作用。
ObjectiveTo investigate the quality of nursing service in the effect of myoma of uterus operation.Methods A total of 90 patients with myoma of uterus patients from June 2013 to June 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group,for the control group were given routine nursing care in the process of operation,patients in the observation group uses the high quality nursing service. Comparing of nursing satisfaction,complications rate of two groups of patients.Results Observation of complications and hospitalization time,the incidence was significantly lower than the control group,satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.ConclusionIn the high quality nursing service can recovery of patients,lower incidence of complications,improve the doctor-patient relationship.
