摘要
目的探讨优质护理在腹腔镜下全子宫切除手术患者中的应用。方法选取160例行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组患者均为80例,对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用优质护理。结果两组患者肛门首次排气时间、平均住院日、平均住院费用及满意度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心理状态各维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施优质护理对于腹腔镜下全子宫切除术患者具有较好的护理效果,可改善患者的心理状态,缩短住院时间,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application of high quality nursing in patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods 160 cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy were selected, randomly divided into observation group and control group, patients in each group were 80 cases, the control group used routine nursing, the observation group using quality care. Results Comparison of two groups of patients with anal first exhaust time, average hospitalization days, average hospitalization expenses and satisfaction, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） . The scores of each dimension in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . Conclusion hnplementation of high quality nursing care for patients with laparoscopic hysterectomy has a good effect, can significantly improve the patient＇s psychological state, shorten hospitalization time, improve patient satisfaction.
