摘要
当使用隧道掘进机(TBM)工法进行长距离、大倾角煤矿斜井掘进施工时,管片传统壁后注浆材料,水泥单液浆及水泥-水玻璃双液浆在止水效果存有缺憾的条件下,对使用矿用止水马格尼材料进行现场实际工作状态模拟试验。试验的结果表明:在经济可行的条件下,马格尼止水材料各项参数性能优于水泥-水玻璃双液浆。
Compared with TBM tunnel construction, in the long distance, large dip angle coal mine inclined shaft construction with TBM method, for the support segment after tunneling (precast concrete pieces) of traditional back -filled grouting material, when the water sealing effect of cement single grout and cement - water glass double grouts are defective, the paper simulates the actual working condition using Magney sealing material. The results show that, in economic feasible conditions, the parameters and performance of Magney sealing material is better than cement - water glass double grouts.
