摘要
在北方高校冬季体育教学中,采用自我决定理论激发学生的内部动机,利用体育课程学习的过程培养学生坚持体育锻炼的自觉行为,为终身体育意识和习惯打下坚实基础。提出满足学生自主性的需要、满足学生能力学生的需要、满足学生归属的需要等动机激发的原则;总结出转变观念,培养兴趣,确定目标,体验快乐营造氛围,鼓励自主,提高素质,建设环境等动机激发的有效措施,为提高北方高校冬季体育教学质量提供理论支持。
In the winter physical education of northern universities and colleges, to stimulate the internal motivation of studetns with the self-determination theory, using the learning process of physical class to cultivate the behavior for students to insist on exercise, to lay a solid foundaion for the consciousness of life-long sports, put forward to satisfy the need of autonomy, learning ability and adscription, summarize to change ideas, cultivate interests, confirm goals, experience happiness atmosphere, encourage autonomy, improve quality, construct the environment and other effective strategies, providing a theorical support for the quality of winter physical education in northern universities and colleges.
